Shuaib Oba AbdulRaheem (an haife shi a watan Oktoba 22, 1948) malami ne ɗan Najeriya kuma tsohon mataimakin shugaban Jami'ar Ilorin[1][2][3][4] wanda ya yi aiki a matsayin shugaban Federal Character Commission (FCC).[5][6][7] Ya yi digirinsa na uku a Jami'ar Kent.[8]
