SM Shrinagesh
Janar Satyawant Mallanna Shrinagesh (wanda kuma aka sani da Satyavant Shrinagule Mallannah) (11 ga Mayu 1903 - 27 Disamba 1977) wani jami'in sojan Indiya ne wanda ya yi aiki a matsayin Babban Hafsan Sojan Indiya na 3 na Sojojin Indiya daga ranar 14 ga watan Mayun 1955 har zuwa ranar 7 ga watan Mayun 1957.[1][2][3] Bayan ya yi ritaya ya zama Gwamnan Assam daga ranar 14 ga watan Oktoban 1959 zuwa ranar 12 ga watan Nuwambar 1960 da kuma daga ranar 13 ga watan Janairun 1961 zuwa ranar 7 ga watan Satumbar 1962. Ya kasance Gwamnan Andhra Pradesh daga ranar 8 ga watan Satumbar 1962 zuwa ranar 4 ga watan Mayun 1964 kuma Gwamnan Mysore daga ranar 4 ga watan Mayun 1964 zuwa ranar 2 ga watan Afrilun 1965. Ya kuma yi aiki a matsayin shugaban Kwalejin Gudanarwa ta Indiya a Hyderabad, Jihar Hyderabad daga shekarar 1957 zuwa ta 1959.

gyara sasheShrinagesh an haife shi a Kolhapur, Maharashtra, babban ɗan Dr. Shrinagesh Mallannah, a cikin dangin Kannada mai magana da Lingyat wanda Brahma Samaj ya rinjayi.[4] Mahaifinsa shi ne likita na sirri ga HEH Mir Sir Osman Ali Khan Asaf Jah VII, Nizam na Hyderabad . Mahaifiyarsa ita ce Ahalyabai, 'yar Krishnaji Kelavkar. An haife shi a shekarar 1903 a Kolhapur, Maharashtra ya tafi makarantar West Buckland a Ingila kuma ya shiga Jami'ar Cambridge a shekarar 1921.

Daga nan ya zama Kwamandan Brigade na Birgediya ta 64 ta Indiyawan Indiya (Dagger) Division na 19 a Burma daga Agusta 1945. An zabe shi don zuwa Jamus a matsayin Mataimakin Shugaban Ofishin Jakadancin Indiya a cikin Nuwamba 1945.[8] A cikin wannan damar, ya kuma yi aiki a matsayin mai ba da shawara kan tattalin arziki & Consul yana kula da bukatun 'yan Indiya a Jamus da gano fursunonin Yaƙi (POWs) da suka ɓace.
Daga nan aka nada shi kwamandan Indiya na farko na Cibiyar Rejimentar Kumaon a Agra a ranar 2 ga Oktoba 1946 kuma ya yi aiki a wannan mukamin har zuwa 12 Disamba 1946. Daga nan aka zabe shi don ya jagoranci Rundunar Sojojin Burtaniya ta 268th Infantry Brigade (BCOF) a bayan Yaƙin Duniya na II Japan kuma ya yi aiki a wannan matsayi har zuwa 1947. Ya kuma kasance Kwamandan Brigade na shahararriyar Brigade Lushai a Burma a shekarar 1947.
Bayan ya dawo daga Japan, an kara masa girma zuwa mukaddashin Manjo-Janar a ranar 3 ga Satumba 1947 kuma an nada shi Babban Jami'in Kwamandan Yankin Madras.[9] Daga Janairu 1948, an nada shi Adjutant General a hedkwatar sojoji kuma ya rike wannan mukamin har zuwa watan Agusta na wannan shekarar. Daga nan aka nada shi GOC-in-C na Kudancin Kudu kuma ya rike wannan mukamin, har zuwa lokacin da ya karbi mukamin Hafsan Soja a ranar 14 ga Mayu 1955. An yi masa ado da Legion of Merit na Amurka a cikin Satumba 1955.[10]
Janar Shrinagesh ya yi ritaya a ranar 7 ga Mayu 1957, yana cika shekaru 34 na fitaccen aikin soja. Bayan ya yi ritaya, ya yi gwamnan Assam daga 1959 zuwa 1962, sannan ya zama gwamnan Andhra Pradesh daga 1962 zuwa 1964 sannan kuma a matsayin gwamnan Mysore (yanzu Karnataka) daga 1964 zuwa 1965. Daga 1957 zuwa 1959, ya kuma yi aiki a matsayin Shugaban Kwalejin Gudanarwa na Ma'aikata a Hyderabad.
