Ras Mubarak (an haife shi ukku 3 ga watan Yuni, shekarar alif dubu daya da dari tara da saba'in da tara 1979) manomi ne, mai tallata kafofin watsa labarai masu zaman kansu kuma ɗan siyasa.[1] Yana cikin National Democratic Congress. Ya kasance Babban Darakta na Hukumar Matasa ta Kasa (Ghana)[2][3] daga shekarar alif dubu biyu da goma sha ukku zuwa shekarar alif dubu biyu da goma sha shida 2013–2016.

Ras Mubarak ya yi takarar kujerar majalisar wakilai ta National Democratic Congress (Ghana) na Ablekuma ta Arewa a shekarar alif dubu biyu da goma sha daya 2011.[6] Ya ci zaben kuma daga baya ya tsaya wannan jam'iyyar don yin takarar babban zabe a shekarar alif dubu biyu da goma sha biyu 2012 don wakiltar Ablekuma ta Arewa a matsayin dan majalisar su.[7] Ya sha kaye a hannun Sabon Dan Takarar Jam'iyyar Patriotic Party. Daga nan ya ci gaba da neman takarar kujerar majalisar NDC a Kumbungu a shekarar alif dubu biyu da goma sha biyar 2015.[8][9] Ya sake cin nasara da tsayawa takarar dan majalisar Kumbungu (mazabar majalisar Ghana) a yankin Arewacin Ghana don babban zaben Ghana na shekarar alif dubu biyu da goma sha shida 2016.[10][11].
