Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu
Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu (wanda aka fi sani da Lawrence Addae[1] kuma an haife shi a ranar 3 ga Fabrairu 1957)[2][3] ɗan Ghana ne mai tsara birane kuma ɗan siyasa. A halin yanzu shi ne shugaban masu rinjaye a majalisar dokokin Ghana sannan kuma shi ne minista mai nadin harkokin majalisar a Ghana.[4][5]
Rayuwar farko da ilimi
gyara sasheAn haifi Osei a ranar 3 ga Fabrairu 1957. Ya fito ne daga Bremang-Afrancho, wani gari a Kumasi, yankin Ashanti.[6] A shekarar 1982, ya sauke karatu a Jami’ar Kimiyya da Fasaha ta Kwame Nkrumah inda ya yi digirin farko na Kimiyya a Tsare-tsaren Birane.[7]
Aikin siyasa
gyara sasheOsei memba ne na New Patriotic Party. Ya fara zama dan majalisa ne a watan Janairun 1997. Ya ci gaba da rike kujerarsa tun daga lokacin, inda ya wakilci mazabarsa a majalisar wakilai ta 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 da 7 na jamhuriya ta hudu ta Ghana.[6][7] Shi ne shugaban kwamitin kasafin kudi na musamman, House, da kwamitocin kasuwanci. Shi ma memba ne a Ma'aikatar Kudi, Ma'adinai da Makamashi, Dokokin Tsaya, da Kwamitocin Zabe.[7][8]

Ya samu kuri'u 47,455 daga cikin 64,394 masu inganci da aka kada wanda ke wakiltar kashi 57.40% inda Paul Yeboah dan jam'iyyar NDC ya samu kuri'u 10,828, Azong Alhassan dan jam'iyyar PNC ya samu kuri'u 3,219 da Habiba Atta 'yar CPP wacce ta samu kuri'u 2,892.[9]
Zaben 'Yan Majalisu 2004

Ya yi nasara akan tikitin sabuwar jam'iyyar kishin kasa.[10][11] Mazabarsa wani bangare ne na kujeru 36 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 39 da sabuwar jam'iyyar Patriotic Party ta lashe a wancan zaben na yankin Ashanti.[12] Sabuwar jam'iyyar kishin kasa ta samu rinjayen kujeru 128 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 230.[13] An zabe shi da kuri'u 48,500 daga cikin 59,039 da aka jefa. Wannan yayi daidai da kashi 82.1% na jimlar ingantattun ƙuri'un da aka jefa. An zabe shi a kan Agonno Sampson Young na Babban Taron Jama'a, Paul Richard Kofi Yeboah na National Democratic Congress da Frederick Antwi na Jam'iyyar Jama'ar Convention. Wadannan sun samu kuri'u 934, 8,448 da 1,157 bi da bi na yawan kuri'un da aka kada. Waɗannan sun yi daidai da 1.6%, 14.3% da 2% bi da bi na jimlar ingantattun ƙuri'un da aka jefa.[14][15]
Zaben 'Yan Majalisu 2008
gyara sasheA shekara ta 2008, ya ci zaben gama gari a kan tikitin sabuwar jam’iyyar Patriotic Party na wannan mazaba.[16][17] Mazabarsa tana cikin kujeru 34 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 39 da sabuwar jam'iyyar Patriotic Party ta lashe a wancan zaben na yankin Ashanti.[18] Sabuwar jam'iyyar kishin kasa ta samu 'yan tsiraru na kujeru 109 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 230.[19] An zabe shi da kuri'u 45,235 daga cikin 57,765 da aka kada. Wannan yayi daidai da kashi 78.31% na jimlar ingantattun ƙuri'un da aka jefa. An zabe shi a kan David Osei Manu na National Democratic Congress, Ameyaw Aboagye Peter na Democratic People's Party da Frederick Antwi-Nsiah na Jam'iyyar Convention People's Party. Wadannan sun samu kuri'u 9,742, 2,409 da 379 bi da bi na jimillar kuri'un da aka kada. Waɗannan sun yi daidai da 37.59%, 5.43% da 1.28% bi da bi na jimlar ƙuri'un da aka jefa.[20][21]
Zaben 'Yan Majalisu 2012

Wannan yayi daidai da kashi 79.15% na jimlar ingantattun ƙuri'un da aka jefa. An zabe shi a kan Alidu Baba Dambasea na National Democratic Congress, Solomon Nkrumah Appia Kubi na jam'iyyar Progressive People's Party, Adam Mohammed na People's National Convention, Frederick Antwi-Nsiah na Convention People's Party, Mavis Afriyie na Democratic People's Party, Abena. Nyarko na National Democratic Party, Osei-Bempah Hayford da Paul Richard Kofi Yeboah duk 'yan takara masu zaman kansu. Wadannan sun samu kuri'u 10,589, 434, 376, 220, 71, 194, 3,752 da 387 bi da bi na jimillar kuri'un da aka kada. Wadannan sun yi daidai da 13.78%, 0.56%, 0.49%, 0.29%, 0.09%, 0.25%, 4.88% and 0.50% bi da bi na yawan kuri'un da aka kada. Yayin da jam'iyyarsa ke adawa ya rike mukamin shugaban marasa rinjaye a majalisar dokokin Ghana daga 2013 zuwa 2017.[22][23]
Zaben 'Yan Majalisu 2020

Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu ya fafata da wasu hudu da suka hada da Dodoovi Francis na jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress, jam'iyyar Convention People's Party Sulemana Mohammed, All People Congress, Mohammed Mubarak da kuma dan takara mai zaman kansa. A karshen zaben, dan majalisar wakilai mai wakiltar Suame Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu ya sake lashe kujerar New Patriotic Party NPP da kuri'u 67,095 da ke wakiltar kashi 76.1%, dan takarar jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress NDC Dodoovi Francis ya samu kuri'u 9,312 da ke wakiltar kashi 10.6% na jimillar kuri'un da aka kada. Yayin da jam'iyyar Convention People's Party Sulemana Mohammed ke gudanar da zaben da kuri'u 299 wanda ke nufin ya samu kashi 0.3% na yawan kuri'un da aka kada. All People Congress kuma na da kuri'u 213 wanda ya zama kashi 0.2% na yawan kuri'un da aka kada. A karshe dan takara mai zaman kansa George Prempeh shi ma ya zo na biyu da kuri'u 11,217 wanda ya samu kashi 12.7% na yawan kuri'un da aka kada.[24]

Annan na farko a majalisar dokokin Ghana ta hudu domin girmama irin gudunmawar da ya bayar wajen ci gaban harkokin majalisar dokoki da dimokradiyya a Ghana. Ya kuma ba da shawarar cewa daya daga cikin sabbin tubalan guda biyu da aka gina a bayan babban Ayuba 600 a sawa sunan Peter Ala Adjetey, wanda ya gaji Justice Annan. Mambobin jam'iyyar Convention People's Party ne suka jagoranci adawa da waɗannan batutuwan suna, waɗanda suka yi imanin canza sunan Ayuba 600 zai shafe gudunmawar Kwame Nkrumah daga tarihin Ghana.[27][28]
