Ta kasance tana gudanar da shirin safe na TV Africa mai suna ''Breakfast Live' tare da 'yar wasan kwaikwayo Nikki Samonas da Khadijat.[4] Ita ce mai masaukin baki don Pause for three minutes,[5] wasan kwaikwayo mai motsa rai wanda aka zaba don lambar yabo ta jerin L.E.A.D a cikin 2017.[6][7][8]

Darko-Opoku ta kafa gidauniyar Obuobia, kungiya ce mai zaman kanta wacce ke ba da tallafi ga mata da mazabarta.[9] Ta gidauniyarta ta bayar da tallafi daban-daban ga al’ummar Musulmi da mazabar Weija Gbawe da kuma karamar hukumar Ga ta Kudu.[10][11]
