Nasir Ajanah
Nasir Ajana, (1956 - 28 Yuni na shekara ta 2020) wani alkalin Najeriya ne wanda ya yi aiki a matsayin babban alkali na jihar Kogi.[1][2]

gyara sasheAn haifi Ajana a ƙaramar hukumar Okene a jihar Kogi ga iyalin MJ Fari Ajanah.[3] Ajana ya sami ilimin farko a Makarantar Firamare ta Ƙasa (Central), da ke Okene tsakanin shekarar 1962 zuwa 1968. A shekara ta 1969, ya shiga Kwalejin Gwamnatin Tarayya da ke Keffi, ya kamala a 1973. A cikin shekara ta 1974, Ajana ta yi rajista a kwaleji ɗaya don samun takardar shedar sakandare (HSC) ta kammala a shekara ta 1975. Ajana ta samu lambar yabo ta LLB a Jami'ar Ahmadu Bello da ke Zaria. Ya halarci makarantar koyon aikin shari'a ta Najeriya, daga nan kuma aka kira shi Lauyan Najeriya a matsayin Barista kuma Lauyan Kotun Koli ta Najeriya.[3] Ajana ya fara aikin shari’a ne a ma’aikatar shari’a ta jihar Kwara inda ya yi aiki a matsayin mai ba da shawara na jiha (1982-1984). A shekara ta 1984, ya kafa kamfani mai zaman kansa, Nasiru Ajana & Co a Okene har zuwa shekara ta 1989 lokacin da aka naɗa shi Alkalin Babbar Kotun Jihar Kwara. An mayar da shi jihar Kogi bayan kirkiro ta a shekarar 1991. [3]
Kafin nadin Ajana a matsayin babban alkalin jihar Kogi, ya yi ayyuka daban-daban. A shekarar 1994, Ajana ya yi aiki a kotun da ke damun Kabba a jihar Kogi a matsayin shugaba. Ajana ya kasance shugaban kotun sauraron kararrakin zabe a jihar Adamawa a zaɓen shekara ta 1998; Memba, Hukumar Gudanarwa na Cibiyar Nazarin Shari'a ta Najeriya (1999-2006); Shugaban kwamitin da ke kan Muritala Mohammed International Airport Incidence (2000); Shugaban Kotun Korar Zabe a Jihar Akwa – Ibom (2007) da Shugaban; Kotun Koli kan Zabe (2) a Jihar Ribas (2008).[3]
A farkon shekara ta 2018 ne bangaren zartaswa da na majalisar dokoki a jihar Kogi suka fara yunkurin tsige Ajana daga mukaminsa bisa zarginsa da aikata ba daidai ba. Majalisar dokokin jihar ta zartar da wani kudiri da ke ba gwamnan shawarar tsige Ajana daga mukaminsa.[4][5] Sai dai Ajana ya garzaya wata babbar kotu da ke Koton Karfe, domin ta yi masa tabbatar da kundin tsarin mulki kan ko majalisar dokokin jihar da gwamnan za su iya korar babban alkalin jihar daga aiki.[4] Kotun ta yanke hukuncin cewa Majalisar ta yi aiki tare da bangaren Zartarwa ko kuma ba ta da hurumin tsige Babban Alkalin Jihar ba tare da neman Majalisar Shari’a ta Kasa (NJC) ba. Alkalin a cikin hukuncin da ya yanke ya ci gaba da cewa, "Wannan wani yunkuri ne na nuna tsiraici da son rai, matakin da ya saba wa dukkanin ka'idojin tsarin mulki da dimokradiyya."[6][7]
