Ukazi ko Okazi (wild spinach) miya ne na Igbo mai kama da Afang na Ƙabilar Efik; bambancin da ke tsakanin su biyu shi ne cewa Afang ya fi Okasi kauri ban da bambancin kowane ƙabilar.[1]Ana yin miyar ne daga ganye biyu: okazi da ganye na ruwa (water leaf).[2]
Wasu sinadarai da ake amfani da su wajen yin miyar sun haɗa da man dabino, ƙwallon egusi (mgbam), crayfish da kubes na kayan yaji. Ana iya cin miyar Okazi da hadiya kamar eba, Semo da dawa. [3]
