An haifi Adams a Techiman ta Kudu a yankin Brong Ahafo na Ghana.[3]

An fara zaben Adams a matsayin dan majalisa kan tikitin jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress a lokacin babban zaben Ghana na mazabar Techiman ta kudu a watan Disamban shekarar 1996. Ya samu kuri'u 24,164 ɗaga cikin sahihin kuri'u 39,698 da aka kada wanda ke wakiltar kashi 46.30% akan Jarvis Reginald Agyeman-Badu na New Patriotic Party wanda ya samu kuri'u 15,534 da ke wakiltar 29.80%.[4]

Baya ga kasancewarsa tsohon dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Techiman ta kudu. Ya kasance mataimakin ministan yankin Brong Ahafo.[5]

Adams dai ya rasu ne a wani hatsarin mota a lokacin da motar da yake tukawa daga Accra zuwa Sunyani ta yi hatsari da wata motar tipper a kusa da Suhum. An kai gawarsa Asibitin Koyarwa na Korle-Bu domin a duba lafiyarsa. Ya rasu ranar 7 ga Satumban, shekarar 2002.[6][7][8]
