An haifi Amoakohene a ranar 11 ga Afrilu 1969 kuma ya fito daga Atebubu a yankin Bono Gabas na Ghana. Ya yi karatun digiri na biyu a fannin Gudanarwa a Jami'ar Central University da ke Accra a 2005.[5]

Amoakohene shine babban jami'in gudanarwa na Kamfanin Customer Company Limited a Accra.[5]

Amoakohene dan sabuwar jam'iyyar kishin kasa ne. Ya kasance tsohon dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Atebubu-Amantin. A babban zaben Ghana na 2020, ya sha kaye a hannun dan takarar majalisar dokokin kasar NDC Sanja Nanja. Ya kasance Ministan yankin na yankin Gabas ta Bono kafin ya kwance kujerarsa.[6] Ya fadi ne da kuri'u 22,785 wanda ya zama kashi 41.27% na jimillar kuri'un da aka kada.[7]
