Kobina Tahir Hammond (an haife shi a watan Yuni 16, shekarar 1960)[1][2] lauya ne[1][2] kuma ɗan siyasar Ghana na Jamhuriyar Ghana. Shi ne dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Adansi-Asokwa na yankin Ashanti na Ghana a 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Assembly of the 4th Republic of Ghana.[3][4] Shi memba na New Patriotic Party ne.

An haifi Hammond a ranar 16 ga Yuni, 1960.[1][2] Ya fito ne daga Asokwa, wani gari a yankin Ashanti na Ghana.[1][2][5] Ya fito ne daga Jami'ar Ghana (UG).[1][2] Ya yi digiri na farko a fannin shari'a da kimiyyar siyasa a jami'a.[1][2] Ya samu digirin a shekarar 1986.[1][2][5] Shi ma samfurin Grey's Inn ne, Makarantar Shari'a ta Holborn, London, UK.[1][2][6] Daga nan ne ya sami digirin digirgir a fannin shari'a a shekarar 1991.[1][2][6][7] Ya kuma yi digiri na biyu a Jami'ar Kimiyya da Fasaha ta Kwame Nkrumah inda ya karanta kimiyyar siyasa.[8]

Hammond memba na New Patriotic Party ne.[1][10] Ya zama dan majalisa daga watan Janairun 2001 bayan ya zama wanda ya yi nasara a babban zabe a watan Disamba na 2000.[11] Tun a wancan lokaci ya yi wa’adi biyar a jere a kan karagar mulki. Shi ne dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Adansi-Asokwa.[9][12][13] An zabe shi a matsayin dan majalisar wakilai na wannan mazaba a majalisar dokoki ta uku da ta hudu da ta biyar da ta shida da ta bakwai a jamhuriyar Ghana ta hudu.[6] An sake zabe shi a babban zaben 2020 don wakiltar majalisar wakilai ta 8 na Jamhuriyyar Ghana ta hudu. Kobina ya kasance memba a kwamitin kudi, kuma kwamitin ma'adinai da makamashi a majalisar dokoki ta 7 ta jamhuriya ta 4 ta Ghana.[4]

A shekara ta 2000, Hammond ya lashe babban zabe a matsayin dan majalisa mai wakiltar Adansi-Asokwa na yankin Ashanti na Ghana.[14][15] Ya yi nasara akan tikitin New Patriotic Party.[14][15] Mazabarsa wani bangare ne na kujeru 31 na majalisar dokoki daga cikin kujeru 33 da New Patriotic Party ta lashe a wancan zaben na yankin Ashanti.[16] New Patriotic Party ta samu rinjayen kujeru 99 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 200.[16] An zabe shi da kuri'u 10,306 daga cikin 19,407 da aka kada.[14][15] Wannan yayi daidai da kashi 54.4% na jimlar ingantattun ƙuri'un da aka jefa.[14][15] An zabe shi a kan Theresa Mensah ta National Democratic Congress, Nana Yaw Frimpong na babban taron jama'a, Kwame Amoh na jam'iyyar Convention People's Party, Peter Kofi Essilfie na National Reformed Party da kuma Prince Lawrence na United Ghana Movement.[14][15] Wadannan sun samu kuri'u 7,230, 1,001, 241, 92 da 61 daga cikin jimillar kuri'un da aka kada.[14][15] Waɗannan sun yi daidai da 38.2%, 5.3%, 1.3%, 0.5% and 0.3% bi da bi na jimillar ƙuri'un da aka jefa.[14][15]

Adams na Peoples’ National Convention da kuma Reverend Evans Amankwa na National Democratic Congress.[17][18] Waɗannan sun sami kashi 0.7% da 36.3% bi da bi na jimlar ƙuri'un da aka kada.[17][18]

A shekarar 2008, ya lashe zaben gama gari a kan tikitin New Patriotic Party na wannan mazaba.[21][22] Mazabarsa tana cikin kujeru 34 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 39 da New Patriotic Party ta lashe a wancan zaben na yankin Ashanti.[23] Sabuwar jam'iyyar Patriotic Party ta lashe kujerun 'yan majalisa 109 daga cikin kujeru 230.[24] An zabe shi da kuri'u 13,659 daga cikin 24,524 masu inganci da aka jefa kwatankwacin kashi 55.7% na yawan kuri'un da aka kada.[21][22] An zabe shi a kan Alhaji Abdul-Lateef Madjoub na National Democratic Congress, Amoako Anaafi na Democratic Freedom Party da Owusu-Boamah Francis na jam'iyyar Convention People's Party.[21][22] Wadannan sun samu kashi 37.59%, 5.43% da 1.28% bi da bi na jimillar kuri'un da aka kada.
