Kabkabou
Kabkabou ko Kabkabu (Arabic كبكابو) shine miyar kifi da tumatur da aka saba shiryawa a Tunisiya. Ana godiya da abincin sosai saboda yana ɗauke da sinadarin ƙara lafiya kuma yana da sauƙin yi. Ya ƙunshi miya da ake dafawa da naman kifi a cikinsa, kuma ana ƙara capers, zaituni da lemun tsami. [1] Ana amfani da nau'ikan kifi da yawa, kamar grouper, angle shark, tuna ko mackerel. Manyan sinadaran da ake amfani da su a cikin shirye-shiryen sune albasa, man zaitun, tumatir tumatir, tafarnuwa, harissa, gishiri, barkono, cumin, caper, lemun tsami, zaitun black olives, zaituni mai launin kore da saffron.[2][3]
