Kanyomozi kanwa ce ta farko ga Sarki Rukidi IV na Toro.[1] Mahaifinta ya kasance mai yin ganga, kakarta kuwa mai yin waka ce.[2] Ta halarci Kwalejin Namasagali da ke gundumar Kamuli don karatun sakandare.[3]

Kanyomozi ita ce mawaƙin mace ta farko da ta samu lambar yabo ta lambar yabo ta ƴar wasan kwaikwayo ta shekara ta Pearl of Africa Music Awards.[4] [5]

A cikin 2008, ta fara fitowa a fim a cikin Kiwani na Henry Ssali: Fim.[6]

A watan Maris na 2014, ta rattaba hannu da kamfanin Oriflame na duniya don zama ɗaya daga cikin jakadunsu na Gabashin Afirka tare da Lady JayDee ta Tanzaniya da Jamila Mbugua ta Kenya.[7] Kwanan nan, ta yi haɗin gwiwa da ɗan wasan nishaɗin Najeriya Flavour.[8]

A shekarar 2011 an zabe ta a cikin Pan Africa Artiste ko Rukunin Rukuni a Kyautar Nishadi ta Najeriya (NEA).[9] A cikin Disamba 2015, ta lashe lambar yabo ta rayuwa a Diva Awards Afrika.[10]

Kanyomozi tana da ɗa, Keron Raphael Kabugo, wanda ya mutu a ƙarshen Yuli 2014. Dan nata yana fama da asma, amma ba a buga dalilin mutuwarsa ba.[11] A ranar Laraba 12 ga Mayu, 2020, Juliana ta sanar da cewa ta haifi ɗa namiji wanda ta sa masa suna Taj.
