Jalfrezi (/dʒælˈfreɪzi/; Bengal: ঝালফ্রেজী; kuma jhal frezi, Jaffrazi, da sauran maganganu masu yawa) abinci ne mai dafa curry wanda ya samo asali ne a Bengal kuma ya shahara a duk Kudancin Asiya. Jalfrezi na nufin "hot-fry". Ya ƙunshi babban sinadarin kamar nama, kifi, paneer ko kayan lambu, an dafa shi kuma an yi amfani da shi a cikin babban soya mai ɗanɗano wanda ya haɗa da albasa mai ɗanɗana. Ƙarin sinadaran da aka saba amfani da su sun haɗa da albasa, albasa da tumatir.

Shirye-shiryen Jalfrezi sun bayyana a cikin litattafan dafa abinci na Indiya ta Burtaniya a matsayin hanyar amfani da raguwa ta hanyar dafa su da chilli da albasa.[1] Wannan amfani da harshen Ingilishi ya samo asali ne daga kalmar Bengali 'jhāl porhezī': jhāl na nufin abinci mai ɗanɗano; porhezī na nufin ya dace da abinci.[2] Jalfrezi yawanci ana shirya shi ta hanyar sinadaran girgiza, wata dabara da aka gabatar a yankin ta hanyar abinci na kasar Sin.
