Gidauniyar Masu Fataucin Mata da Kawar da Aikin yi da Yara ( WOTCLEF ) wata ƙungiya ce da ke yaki da fataucin bil-Adama a Afirka da ke yunƙurin hana fataucin bil-Adama da kuma bautar da kananan yara a Najeriya . Ƙungiyar ta taimaka wajen haifar da hukumar kasa don hana bin Mutane da kuma Network of Civil Society Organization Against Child Trafficking, Abuse and Labor ( NACTAL ).

An kafa WOTCLEF a shekarar 1999 da Amina Titi Atiku-Abubakar, matar Atiku Abubakar, tsohon mataimakin shugaban Najeriya. Tun a wancan lokaci ta fara yakin fataucin bil adama a Najeriya tare da kuma kawo sauyi a wasu kasashen Afirka.[1][2]


A shekara ta 1986, a matsayin dalibar digiri na biyu, Titi Atiku ta shaida yadda ake safarar mutane a titunan Italiya. Hakan ne ya kai ga fara yaƙi da safarar mutane. Bayan ta dawo Najeriya, ta yi ƙoƙarin yaƙi da safarar mutane, amma ta kasa yin wani abu mai yawa a daidaikunsu. Ta shayar da sha'awarta na kafa ƙungiyar yaƙi da fataucin bil'adama.

A shekara ta 1999 aka rantsar da mijinta a matsayin mataimakin shugaban ƙasar Najeriya kuma ta yi amfani da damar wajen kafa WOTCLEF. A lokacin, cutar kanjamau ita ce babbar matsalar da abokanan ci gaba a Najeriya ke fama da ita, don haka WOTCLEF ta fara gangamin wayar da kan jama’a game da safarar mutane ga ‘yan siyasa. Wannan ya sanar da ‘yan Najeriya game da fataucin mutane da illolinsa.[ana buƙatar hujja]

Kowace jiha a Najeriya tana da reshen WOTCLEF tare da ma'aikatan da suka yi aiki a matsayin masu sa ido kan fataucin mutane.[3] [4]

The Legacy

WOTCLEF ta gano cewa dole ne gwamnati ta shiga tsakani domin dakile safarar mutane. Mafarkin kafa dokar hana fataucin bil adama shi ne wanda ya kafa.

A shekara ta 2001, bayan aiki da masana shari'a da siyasa karkashin jagorancin Mai shari'a Mary Odili, uwargidan shugaban ƙasa na jihar Ribas, WOTCLEF ta gabatar da kudirin doka ga majalisar dokokin ƙasar wanda shugaban ƙasa na wancan lokacin Olusegun Obasanjo ya amince da shi kuma ya sanya hannu kan dokar. Sa hannun ya kai ga kafa hukumar ta NAPTIP .

Hukumar ta NAPTIP dai ta fara aiki ne tun a shekara ta 2003, inda take taimakawa wadanda abin ya shafa da kuma hukunta masu fataucin mutane tare da bayar da gyare-gyare da tallafawa wadanda aka yi safarar su.[5]

Ayyukan Ƙasashen Duniya

Baya ga shirye-shiryenta na kasa, WOTCLEF ta gudanar da ayyukan yakin neman zabe a kasashe daban-daban na Turai da Amurka. Kungiyar ta hada kai da wasu kungiyoyi domin farfado da wadanda fataucin mutane ya shafa.[6]

WOTCLEF ta yi haɗin gwiwa tare da ƙungiyoyin ƙasa da ƙasa masu zuwa:

  • Sashen Kulawa da Tallafawa na Ma'aikatar Kwadago da Samar da Samfura ta Tarayya.
  • Ƙungiyar Ma’aikatan Sufuri ta Najeriya, Kungiyar Kwadago ta Duniya (ILO)/Shirye-shiryen Kasa da Kasa kan Kawar da Yaran Kwadago (IPEC). Asusun Yara na Majalisar Dinkin Duniya (UNICEF).
  • Hukumar Kula da Hijira ta Duniya (IOM).
  • Hukumar hana fataucin mutane ta kasa (NAPTIP) da sauran su.
  • Majalisar Kungiyar Mata ta Kasa.
  • Tarayyar Turai.

Gyaran jiki

Ƙungiyar ta kula da laifuka sama da 500 na fataucin mutane da aikin yara. A cikin shekara ta 2015, WOTCLEF ta gyara masu safarar mutane 20 a cikin shekaru 18 zuwa shekaru 22. An kuma ba su iko kuma sun koma cikin al'umma.[7].[8]
