gyara sasheYankin ya hada da dazuzzukan dazuzzukan kudu maso gabashin Najeriya, kudu maso yammacin Kamaru, da kuma tsaunin tsibiri na Bioko, wanda ke da fadin kasa kilomita 52,200 (20,200 sq mi). Yakin ya fara ne daga Kogin Cross River a kudu maso gabashin Najeriya zuwa kogin Sanaga a kudu maso gabashin Kamaru, da kuma nisan kilomita 300 (190 mi) a ciki daga gabar tekun Atlantika. A Najeriya yankin ko kadan ya mamaye jihar Cross River.
Yankunan tsaunuka na Dutsen Kamaru da tsibirin Bioko, sama da mita 900, yanki ne na musamman, Dutsen Kamaru da gandun daji na Bioko, kamar yadda gandun daji masu tsaunuka da ke cikin ƙasa. gyara sasheA 2017 assessment found that 13,197 km2 (5,095 sq mi) , or 26%, of the ecoregion is in protected areas. One of the largest blocks of forest is in and around Korup National Park.
