An haifi Evans Bobie Opoku a ranar 1 ga Disamba 1974 kuma ya fito daga Dadiesoaba a yankin Ahafo. Ya kammala karatunsa na BECE a 1990 da SSSCE a 1993. Ya kara samun GCE a shekarar 1996. Daga baya ya sami difloma a ilimin Adult daga Jami'ar Ghana a 2002. Ya kara samun digirin digirgir a cikin aikin zamantakewa[6] da ilimin halin dan Adam a 2008. A cikin 2012, yana da digiri na biyu a cikin Gudanar da Ci gaban daga Jami'ar Cape Coast kuma a cikin 2020, yana da LLB a cikin Dokar.[7][8]

Evans shi ne babban manajan daga 2010 zuwa 2016 sannan kuma manajan bashi na Ahafo Community Bank Limited daga 2002 zuwa 2006.[7] Ya kasance malami daga 1997 zuwa 1999.[7][8]

Evans memba na NPP ne kuma a halin yanzu memba ne na Asunafo North Constituency a yankin Ahafo.[9] A babban zaben kasar Ghana na 2020, ya ci kujerar majalisar tare da kuri'u 34,684 yayin da dan majalisar NDC mai neman Mohammed Haruna ya samu kuri'u 31,340.[10] Ya kasance tsohon Ministan Yankin yankin Bono Ahafo[11] da ministan yanki na yankin Ahafo.[12] An nada shi a matsayin mataimakin ministan matasa da wasanni.[13][14][15][16] An kuma nada shi mai kula da shi a matsayin ministan yanki na yankin Bono-East.[17]
