Barbara Ayisi Asher (an haife ta 12 ga Fabrairu 1976) 'yar siyasar Ghana ce kuma tsohuwar ‘yar majalisar wakilai ta yankin Cape Coast North a yankin tsakiyar Ghana. Ita mamba ce a sabuwar jam'iyyar Patriotic Party kuma tsohuwar mataimakiyar ministar ilimi ce a Ghana.[1][2][3][4][5] An nada ta a matsayin shugabar kwamitin shirya gasar cin kofin Premier ta mata (LOC).[6]

An haifi Ayisi Asher a ranar 12 ga Fabrairun 1976 a Efutu, yankin Tsakiya. Ita tsohuwar dalibar Our Lady of Apostles (OLA) College of Education and University of Education, Winneba. Tana da digiri na biyu a fannin adabin Ingilishi daga Jami'ar Cape Coast.[7][8]

Kafin nada ta a matsayin ‘yar majalisa, ta yi aiki a matsayin ‘yar kasuwa tsakanin shekarar 2003 zuwa 2006 a hukumar kula da ilimi ta Ghana (GES) sannan kuma a matsayin uwar gida daga 2010 zuwa 2016 a makarantar sakandare ta ‘yan mata ta Wesley.[9]

Ita ce mataimakiyar ministar ilimi mai kula da makarantun firamare. Tana da gidauniya mai suna Barbra Asher Foundation da ke mayar da hankali wajen rage zaman kashe wando a tsakanin matasa a mazabarta. Gidauniyar Barbra Asher tare da hadin gwiwar Ci gaban Harkokin Kasuwanci da Innovation na Jami’ar Fasaha ta Cape Coast sun horar da matasa sama da 200 a mazabar Cape Coast kan dabarun kasuwanci.[10]
