Babbouche
Babbouche wani abinci ne da ya samo asali a Maroko wanda babban abin da ake amfani da shi shine wurin haɗa abincin shi ne katantanwa. Ana dafa katantanwa a hankali a cikin broth wanda ya ƙunshi sinadarai irin su thyme, aniseed, gum arabic, mint,[1] caraway da barasa.[2]
Wani lokaci ana shirya abincin kuma ana cinsa da miya.[3]
