Asibitin Creek asalin wani asibitin Turai ne da aka kafa a shekarun 1880 don kula da lafiyar 'yan ƙasashen Turai da ke zaune a Legas.[1][2] Dr. Gray da Atkins su ne likitocin majagaba.[3] Asibitin ya yi kaurin suna wajen kwararrun likitoci a Najeriya. Asibitin ya samu sunansa na yanzu (Creek Hospital) a shekarar 1924, lokacin da gwamnatin mulkin mallaka ta karɓe mulki daga asibitin. A cikin shekarar 1925, asibitin Dr. Grays' Creek an sake masa suna Asibitin Turai. Daga baya an canza sunan asibitin zuwa asibitin soja, Onikan, Legas a shekarar 1947. Asibitin Creek (Asibitin Tarayya) da ke Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Legas ya ci gaba da aiki a Apo Legislative Quarters bayan da ma'aikatan gwamnatin tarayya suka yi ƙaura daga Legas zuwa Abuja. An inganta asibitin Creek daga wurin kiwon lafiya mai gadaje 28 zuwa asibiti mai gadaje 150 don samar da ƙarin sabis na kiwon lafiya ga mutanen Legas.[1][4]
