Andrew Asiamah Amoako (an haife shi 24 ga watan Fabrairu, na shekara ta alif ɗari tara da sittin da shida 1966A.c) lauya ɗan Ghana ne, ɗan siyasa kuma memba na Majalisar Takwas na Jamhuriyyar Ghana ta huɗu, wanda aka zaɓa a ofis a watan Disamba 2020 a matsayin ɗan takara mai zaman kansa. A yanzu haka yana wakiltar mazabar Fomena a yankin Ashanti. Sannan kuma shi ne Mataimakin Shugaban Majalisar.[1][2]

An haifi Amoako a ranar 24 ga Fabrairu 1966 a Wioso-Adansi, yankin Ashanti. Yana da digiri na MSc a Gudanar da Albarkatun Muhalli, Jagora na Arts in Resolution Resolution da LLB (Law) daga Jami'ar Kimiyya da Fasaha ta Kwame Nkrumah da lasisin ƙwararrun doka (BL) daga Makarantar Shari'a ta Ghana. Kafin shiga siyasa, ya kasance Aboki a Minka Premo and Co. (Akosombo Chambers).[3]

Bayan ya yanke shawarar kin tsayawa takara a jam’iyyar kafin zaben 2020 saboda rashin adalci da aka yi masa daga jam’iyyarsa, ya yanke shawarar tsayawa takara a matsayin dan takara mai zaman kansa. Ya taba zama mamba a jam’iyyar New Patriotic Party (NPP), wacce ta bayar da misali da sashe na 3 (9) na kundin tsarin mulkinta, ta soke zama mamba ta kuma sanar da Shugaban Majalisar, wanda bisa ga ka’ida ya ayyana kujerarsa ta baci a ranar 13 ga Oktoba, 2020 bisa tanadin doka. Mataki na 97 (1) g na Kundin Tsarin Mulki. Amoako ya nuna rashin amincewarsa da cewa korar shi daga jam’iyyar ba yana nufin ya daina zama dan majalisa ba, kuma majalisar dokokin Ghana ce kadai za ta iya kwace mukaminsa na zababben dan majalisa. Lauyan lauya Kwaku Asare ya amince da Amoako, inda ya ce irin wannan hukunci lamari ne na shari’a wanda ke karkashin ikon babbar kotu, kamar yadda sashe na 99 (1) na kundin tsarin mulkin kasar ya ayyana.[4]

Amoako ya lashe kujerar majalisar dokokin Fomena a zaben watan Disamba na 2020 da kuri'u 12,805, inda ya doke babban abokin hamayyarsa na tsohuwar jam'iyyarsa, Philip Ofori-Asante, wanda ya samu kuri'u 10,798 ya zama dan takara daya tilo da ya samu nasara a zaben 'yan majalisar dokoki na 2020. Matsayinsa na dan majalisa mai cin gashin kansa ya kara dagulewa bayan zaben 2020 na majalisar dokokin kasar, ganin cewa babu wata babbar jam'iyyun siyasa guda biyu (NPP da NDC) da za su iya samun rinjaye. A wata hira da aka yi da shi bayan zaben, Amoako ya nuna cewa ba shi da wata mugun nufi ga jam’iyyar NPP dangane da batun dakatar da zama dan jam’iyyarsa. Babban sakataren jam’iyyar NPP, John Boadu, ya ba da shawarar cewa Amoako na iya sake neman takararsa ta NPP bisa wasu ka’idoji da sharuddan jam’iyyar. A ranar 7 ga watan Janairun 2021, aka zabi Asiamah a matsayin mataimakiyar kakakin majalisar dokokin Ghana ta 8 ta jamhuriya ta hudu. Shi ne dan majalisa daya tilo mai cin gashin kansa da aka zabe shi a wannan mukamin a tarihin kasar.[5]
