Wannan ikirari dai ya samu tirjiya daga gwamnan da kuma kungiyar haɗin kan kasashen waje waɗanda suka bayyana ambaliyar jihar a matsayin ɗaya daga cikin waɗanda suka fi fama da bala’in da ke buƙatar kulawar gaggawa.[6]
