Albert Kan-Dapaah
Albert Kan-Dapaah (an haife shi a ranar 14 ga watan Maris, shekara ta alif ɗari tara da hamsin da uku1953A.C) ɗan ƙasar Ghana ne da aka hayar akawu kuma ɗan siyasa. A halin yanzu shi ne ministan tsaro na kasa.[1] Shugaba Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo ne ya nada shi a ranar 10 ga watan Janairu shekarar 2017.[2]
Rayuwar farko da ilimi
gyara sasheAn haifi Kan-Dapaah a ranar 14 ga watan Maris shekara ta 1953. Shi dan Ashanti ne kuma ya fito daga Maase-Boaman a yankin Ashanti na Ghana.[3] Albert Kan-Dapaah ya yi karatunsa na sakandare a makarantar sakandare ta Acherensua daga shekara ta 1964 zuwa 1969.[4] Sannan ya karanci Accountancy a Jami'ar Professional Studies (UPS), Accra Legon. Ya kara da kwasa-kwasan Accountancy a North East London Polytechnic, London da Emile Woolf College of Accountancy.[4]
Aiki
gyara sasheKan-Dapaah ya yi aiki tare da Pannel Kerr Forster, wani kamfani na lissafin kuɗi a matsayin Babban Audit.[5] Ya yi aiki a ofisoshinsu a Monrovia, Laberiya da London, UK tsakanin shekarar 1978 zuwa 1986. Ya koma Ghana, ya kasance shugaban Audit a Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) daga watan Janairu shekarar 1987.[4] A watan Satumban shekarar 1987, ya shiga kamfanin samar da wutar lantarki ta Ghana inda ya tashi daga daraktan binciken kudi har ya zama darakta mai kula da kudi, inda ya rike shekaru shida.[5]
Kan-Dapaah abokin tarayya ne a Kwesie, Kan-Dapaah da Baah Co., wani kamfani na Chartered Accountants a Accra. Hakanan yana kula da mai ba da shawara na Kan-Dapaah da Associates, ƙungiyar masu ba da shawara ta kayan aiki.[5] Ya kuma karantar da Auditing na ɗan lokaci a Makarantar Gudanar da Kasuwanci, Jami'ar Ghana da Jami'ar Nazarin Ƙwararru.[6][7]
Siyasa
gyara sasheAlbert Kan-Dapaah shi ne wakilin yankin Ashanti a majalisar New Patriotic Party (NPP) ta kasa tsakanin shekarar 1992 zuwa 1996. Ya kuma kasance mamba a kwamitin kudi da tattalin arziki na jam’iyyar NPP.[5] Ya lashe kujerar Afigya-Sekyere a zaben majalisar dokoki na shekarar 1996. Ya hau kujerarsa a watan Janairun shekarar 1997[5] a jam'iyyar adawa kuma ya rike kujerarsa a zabukan 'yan majalisar dokoki guda biyu da suka biyo baya a shekara ta 2000[8] da 2004. Ya zama ministan makamashi a gwamnatin Kufuor bayan jam'iyyar NPP ta lashe madafun iko a zaben shekarar 2000.[9] A lokacin da aka yi wa majalisar ministocin garambawul a watan Afrilun shekarar 2003, ya zama ministan sadarwa da fasaha.[10] Ya zama ministan harkokin cikin gida a wa'adi na biyu na Kufuor.[11]

gyara sasheA shekara ta 2000, Kan-Dapaah ya lashe babban zaben a matsayin dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Afigya Sekyere ta Yamma a yankin Ashanti na Ghana.[12] Ya yi nasara akan tikitin New Patriotic Party.[12] Mazabarsa wani bangare ne na kujeru 31 na majalisar dokoki daga cikin kujeru 33 da New Patriotic Party ta lashe a wancan zaben na yankin Ashanti.[13] New Patriotic Party ta samu rinjayen kujeru 99 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 200.[13] An zabe shi da kuri'u 10,605 daga cikin 14,878 da aka kada.[12][13] Wannan yayi daidai da kashi 72.2% na jimlar ingantattun ƙuri'un da aka jefa.[12] An zabe shi a kan Beatrice Aboagye ta National Democratic Congress, S.Osei Yaw na jam'iyyar Convention People's Party, Agyem Vincent na People's National Convention da Tawiah Joseph na New Reformed Party.[12] Wadannan sun samu kuri'u 3,806, 129, 82 da 62 daga cikin jimillar kuri'un da aka kada.[12] Waɗannan sun yi daidai da 25.9%, 0.9%, 0.6%, da 0.4% bi da bi na jimlar ingantattun ƙuri'un da aka jefa.[12]
An zabi Kan-Dapaah a matsayin dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Afigya-Sekyere ta yamma na yankin Ashanti ta Ghana a karo na uku a babban zaben kasar Ghana na shekara ta 2004.[14] Ya yi nasara akan tikitin New Patriotic Party.[14] Mazabarsa wani bangare ne na kujeru 36 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 39 da New Patriotic Party ta lashe a wancan zaben na yankin Ashanti.[15] New Patriotic Party ta samu rinjayen kujeru 128 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 230.[16] An zabe shi da kuri'u 13,936 daga cikin 17,863 masu inganci da aka jefa kwatankwacin kashi 78% na yawan kuri'un da aka kada.[14] An zabe shi a kan Ampofo Stephen na Peoples’ National Convention, Joseph Baah na National Democratic Congress da A.S. Osei Yaw na Convention People's Party.[14] Waɗannan sun sami 0.8%, 20.1% da 1% bi da bi na jimlar ƙuri'un da aka jefa.[14]
A shekarar 2008, ya lashe zaben gama gari a kan tikitin New Patriotic Party na wannan mazaba.[17] Mazabarsa tana cikin kujeru 34 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 39 da New Patriotic Party ta lashe a wancan zaben na yankin Ashanti.[18] New Patriotic Party ta lashe kujerun 'yan majalisa 109 daga cikin kujeru 230.[19] An zabe shi da kuri'u 13,824 daga cikin 18,747 masu inganci da aka jefa kwatankwacin kashi 73.74% na yawan kuri'un da aka kada.[17] An zabe shi a kan Joyce Oduro ta jam'iyyar Peoples' National Congress, Joseph Baah na National Democratic Congress da James Gyimah Dabo na jam'iyyar Convention People's Party.[17] Wadannan sun samu kashi 1.28%, 23.07% da 1.91% bi da bi na jimillar kuri'un da aka kada.[17]
