Acehnese cuisine
Abincine na Aceh shine abincin Mutanen Acehnese na Aceh a Sumatra, Indonesia . Wannan abincin ya shahara kuma sananne ne a Indonesia. 'Yan kasuwa na Larabawa, Farisa, da kuma Indiya sun rinjayi al'adun abinci a Aceh kodayake dandano ya canza ainihin siffofinsu. [1] Abubuwan da aka haɗu acikin abincin Acehnese ana samun su acikin abincin Indiya da kuma Larabawa, kamar su ginger, pepper, Coriander, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, da kuma fennel.
Ana dafa abinci iri-iri na Acehnese tare da curry ko madarar kwakwa, wanda galibi ana haɗa shida nama kamar buffalo, naman sa, Naman awaki, Ɗan ragon, tumaki, kifi, ko kaza. Yawancin abincin Aceh na iya gano asalinsa zuwa Indiya, kamar Roti canai wanda aka samo daga gurasar Indiya.[2]
