An haifi Abena a ranar 25 ga Disamba 1958 a Kwabre a Yankin Ashanti na Ghana . [1] Tana da difloma a cikin Fashion Design da Catering . [1][1]

An fara zabar Abena a cikin majalisa a kan tikitin Majalisar Dattijai ta Kasa a lokacin Babban Zabe na Ghana na Disamba 1992 don wakiltar mazabar Kwabre na Yankin Ashanti na Ghana . Ta yi aiki na wa'adi daya a matsayin memba na majalisa.[1] Nana Asante Frimpong na New Patriotic Party ne ya gaje ta a lokacin Babban zaben Ghana na 1996. Ya samu kuri'u 33,035 wanda ke wakiltar kashi 58.80% na jimlar kuri'un da aka jefa a kan Oppong Kyekyeku Kwaku Kaaky na Majalisar Dinkin Duniya wanda ya samu kuri'un 10,808 da ke wakiltar 19.20%, Kwaku Dua-Twum na Jam'iyyar National Congress kuma ya samu kuriʼu 1,499 da ke wakilci 2.70%, kuma Abdullah Uthman na Majalisar Jama'a ta samu kuri'a 0 wanda ke wakilci 0.00%.[3]

Abena mai buga takardu ne kuma mai tsara kayan ado ta hanyar sana'a. Ita ce tsohuwar mamba a majalisar dokoki ta mazabar Kwabre a yankin Ashanti na Ghana .
