Zaynab fim ne da aka shirya shi a shekarar 1930 na Misira wanda Mohammed Karim ya ba da umarni.[1][2] Fim ɗin ya dogara ne akan littafin 1913 a ƙarƙashin sunan Mohammed Hussein Heikal.[3][4] Fim ɗin ya haɗa da Bahiga Hafez da Zaki Rostom.[5][6][7]
