Zaben majalisar dattawan Najeriya 2023

An gudanar da zaɓen Majalisar Dattawan Najeriya na 2023 a ranar 25 ga watan Fabrairun 2023 a dukkan gundumomin Sanatoci 109 inda masu kaɗa ƙuri'ar suka zaɓi Sanatoci ta hanyar amfani da ƙuri'u na farko.[1][2] Zaben Sanata na ƙarshe na dukkan gundumomi shi ne a shekarar 2019.

Sauran zaɓukan tarayya da suka haɗa da na ƴan majalisar wakilai da na shugaban ƙasa, an kuma gudanar da su a rana guda yayin da za a gudanar da zaɓukan jihohi makonni biyu bayan haka a ranar 11 ga Maris. Waɗanda suka lashe waɗannan zaɓukan majalisar dattawa za su fara aiki ne a majalisar dokokin Najeriya ta 10. Jam’iyyar APC ta samu rinjaye a Majalisar Dattawa tun bayan zaɓen 2015 kuma ta tabbatar da wannan rinjaye a shekarar 2019.

Bayan zaɓen 2015-2019 na majalisar dattawa ƙarƙashin jagorancin shugaban majalisar dattawa Bukola Saraki (PDP) kuma da ƴar jam’iyyar All Progressives Congress, zaɓukan 2019 sun karkata ne da gagarumin koma-baya ga jam’iyyar APC da kuma kayar da manyan mutane da dama suka yi. Sanatoci-ciki har da Saraki. Kamar yadda yake a majalisar wakilai, jam’iyyar APC ta samu rinjaye bayan da ta kusa rasa ta saboda sauya sheka a 2018.

A lokacin buɗe majalisar dokokin Najeriya ta 9, an zabi Ahmad Lawan (APC-Yobe North) a matsayin shugaban majalisar dattijai kuma Ovie Omo-Agege (APC -Delta ta Tsakiya) ya zama mataimakin shugaban majalisar dattawa yayin da jam'iyyar ta guje wa gwagwarmayar cikin gida da ta jagoranci Saraki da Ike Ekweremadu su dauki wadannan ofisoshin a shekarar 2015. Enyinnaya Abaribe (PDP-Abia ta Kudu) ya zama Shugaban Ƙananan Hukumomi na Majalisar Dattijai.[3][4] A cikin shekaru biyu na farko na wa'adin 2019 2023, APC ta fadada mafi rinjaye ta hanyar sauye-sauye na tsoffin sanatocin PDP guda shida amma a rabi na biyu na wa'anar, jam'iyyun biyu sun sha wahala da sauye-shirye da yawa yayin da jam'iyyar fidda gwani ta 2023 ta kusa tare da murabus uku na APC. Ƙarin sauye-ƙai sun faru ne bayan.

A mahangar jam’iyyar APC, manazarta na kallon majalisar dattijai ta 9 a matsayin wani sauyi daga majalisar da rigingimun zartarwa da suka zama ruwan dare a majalisar dattawan ta 8 sai dai masu suka sun yi wa majalisar a matsayin tambarin roba da ba ta da yunƙurin yi wa kanta shawara kan ɓangaren zartarwa. Dangane da takamaiman manyan kudurori, an lura da Majalisar Dattawa don zartar da dokar cin zarafin jima'i a watan Yuli 2020, daftarin kuɗi na 2020 a watan Disamba 2020, dokar masana'antar mai a Yuli 2021, sabon dokar zaɓe a Janairu 2022, da dama na gyare-gyaren tsarin mulki da kuma Ƙudurin da ya shafi laifuffuka a watan Maris 2022, da gyaran dokar zaɓe a watan Mayun 2022 da kuma yabawa kan ƙin amincewa da tantancewar da tsohuwar mataimakiyar Buhari, Lauretta Onochie ta yi wa INEC.[5][6][7][8][9] A daya hannun kuma, an soki lamirin yin watsi da gyare-gyaren tsarin mulki na ba wa mata damar kaɗa ƙuri’a a majalisun dokoki da na ƙasashen waje tare da ci gaba da dakile wani muhimmin kudiri na daidaita jinsi da kuma almubazzaranci da dukiyar al’umma. An kuma zargi majalisar dattijai da laifin soke aikin sa ido bayan wasu da aka nada a matsayin ministoci da kyar aka yi musu tambayoyi ko kuma aka ce su yi “baka” su tafi ba tare da amsa tambayoyi ba a yayin zaman tabbatar da su.[10][11][12]
