Siraj Mohammad Khan ( Urdu: سراج محمد خان‎; an haife shi 2 Disamba 1947) ɗan siyasan Pakistan ne wanda ya kasance memba a Majalisar Dokokin Pakistan, daga watan Yunin 2013 zuwa watan Mayun 2018.

An haife shi a ranar 2 ga watan Nuwambar 1947 a Misri Banda, gundumar Nowshera, Pakistan .[1]

An zaɓi Khan a Majalisar Dokokin Pakistan a matsayin ɗan takarar Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) daga Mazabar NA-6 (Nowshera-II) a babban zaɓen Pakistan na shekarar 2013 .[2][3][4] Ya samu kuri'u 54,266 sannan ya doke dan takarar jam'iyyar Pakistan Muslim League (N) .[5]

A watan Agustan shekarar 2014, domin kara matsa lamba kan firaminista Nawaz Sharif da ya yi murabus, PTI ta yanke shawarar janye mambobinta daga majalisar dokokin kasar.[6] Sai dai Khan ya fice daga jam'iyyar kuma a wata wasika da ya aike wa shugaban majalisar dokokin Pakistan ya bayyana cewa, "Ban bayar da murabus na ba bisa radin kaina ba, don haka bai kamata a amince da shi ba".[7][8]

A watan Fabrairun 2021, ya shiga jam’iyyar Awami National Party.
