Ankobiah ta yi karatun Dokar Kasa da Kasa da Kasuwanci,[5] tare da ƙwararre kan Kasuwancin Duniya, daga Jami'ar Buckingham (LLB, LLM) tsakanin 2005 zuwa 2009. Ta koma Ghana ta yi karatu a Makarantar Shari'a ta Ghana daga 2010 zuwa 2012. A 2013 ta zama Barrister a Doka.[1]

Ankobiah ita ce ta kafa kamfanin samar da talabijin, Emerald Paradise Enterprise. Ta kuma kasance mai haɗin gwiwar SN Media Learning Tree,[6][7] mai ba da horo na aikin watsa labarai[8] a Accra.

Ankobiah ita ce mai kula da gidauniyar Legal Advocacy Foundation,[9][10] wata kungiya da ke da niyyar ilimantar da talakawan Ghana game da hakkokinsu na doka da wajibai.[11][12]

A 2016, Ma'aikatar Matasa da Wasanni ta nada ta a matsayin jakadiyar kwallon kafa ta mata a Ghana.[13] Ankobiah ta himmatu wajen tara kuɗi, ƙara wayar da kan jama'a da kuma kula da wasan mata.[14]
