A watan Nuwambar 2017, wani mai gida ya kai ƙarar wani kamfani mai haɓaka ƙasa sakamakon ambaliyar ruwa da ta haifar da lahani.[1]

A cikin watan Mayu 2018, Otal ɗin Sun Heaven ya buɗe a cikin Estate Parkview.[2] A ranar 31 ga watan Oktoba, 2018, an kashe shugaban kamfanin Credit Switch Technology Cif Bademosi a gidansa da ke Parkview Estate.[3]

Estate Parkview yana iyaka da Titin Gerrard da Banana Island. Gidan ya fi zama mazaunin, tare da wasu kamfanoni masu zaman kansu suna da ofisoshi da gidajen baƙi a cikin gidan. Ana ɗaukarsa ɗaya daga cikin wuraren zama mafi tsada a Legas.[4] Tsohon karamin ministan tsaro Musiliu Obanikoro yana da gida a cikin Estate,[5] tare da hamshakin attajiri Olu Okeowo da shugaban hukumar kwallon kafa ta Najeriya Amaju Pinnick.[6][7]

Gidan yana kuma ɗaukar otal-otal da yawa kamar Pearl Court Residence&Hotels, Upperclass Suites da sauran su.

Rahotanni sun bayyana cewa ba a samu wani sata a cikin shekaru goma da suka gabata ba, saboda babban matakin tsaro na gidan.[8]
