Miyar Nsala, wacce kuma ake kira da farar miya, kuma kabilar Ibo ke kiranta da suna ofe nsala, [1] abinci ce da ta samo asali daga yankin gabashin Najeriya. Babban sashi na sinadarin shine kifi, wanda ke bai wa miyar ɗanɗano na musamman. Haka kuma yana kunshe da ƙananan dawa ko kwakwaya tare da ganyen utazi. Nsala yana kama da Afia Efere, wanda ya zama ruwan dare a tsakanin kabilar Efik. [2]
