Mughlai paratha
Mughlai paratha ( Rubutun Roman: Moglai pôrata ) sanannen abincin yaren Bengali ne na kan titi wanda ya ƙunshi biredi mai laushi ( paratha ) wanda aka nannade ko kuma a cushe shi da keema (nama mai ɗanɗano) da/ko kwai. [1] [2] An yi imanin cewa ya samo asali ne daga Bengal Subah a lokacin daular Mughal a matsayin wanda ya samo asali daga Gözleme na Turkiyya ko kuma Motabbaq na Yemen. [3] An yi yarda cewa ana shirya ta ne don gidan sarauta na Mughal Emperor Jahangir. [4]

Mulkin Mughal galibi ya rinjayi abincin manyan biranen gudanarwa na Bengal Subah, kamar Dhaka da Murshidabad, maimakon yankin karkara.Wannan yana daya daga cikin shahararrun abinci a Bangladesh, musamman a Dhaka, saboda tasirin Daular Mughal a kan al'adun abinci na yankin.[5]Abincin ya yi tafiya zuwa Kolkata a Yammacin Bengal daga tsoffin manyan biranen Bengal Subah, kamar Dhaka da Murshidabad , bayan Kolkata ta zama babban birnin sabuwar Shugabancin Bengal, a karkashin Birtaniya Raj, kuma abincin ya zama sanannen abincin titi a Kolkata. The Turks introduced Indians to Gözleme, a delicious traditional Turkish savoury. It is a flatbread recipe stuffed with spiced and minced lamb or beef filling. It is somewhat similar to Mughlai paratha and can be called the precursor of Mughlai Parantha itself.

Food Critic Bikramjeet Ray sees a lot of similarities between the Mughlai paratha and the Arabic or Lebanese breads, where you find a square-shaped and deep fried bread or wrap stuffed with meat.
