Masarautun Mossi
Masarautun Mossi, wani lokaci ana kiranta daular Mossi, rukuni ne na masarautu masu karfi a zamanin Burkina Faso waɗanda suka mamaye yankin kogin Volta na sama tsawon ɗaruruwan shekaru.[1] Masarautar Mossi mafi girma ita ce ta Ouagadougou da sarkin Ouagadougou da aka fi sani da Mogho Naaba, ko Sarkin Dukan Duniya, yana aiki a matsayin Sarkin duk Mossi. An kafa masarautar ta farko lokacin da mayakan Dagomba daga yankin da ke Ghana da mayakan Mandé suka shigo yankin suka yi aure da mutanen yankin.[2] Rikicin siyasa da na soja na masarautun ya fara ne a karni na 13 kuma ya haifar da rikici tsakanin masarautun Mossi da yawa daga cikin manyan kasashe a yankin. A cikin shekarar 1896, Faransawa sun mamaye masarautun kuma suka kirkiro Faransa Upper Volta wanda kuma galibi yayi amfani da tsarin gudanarwa na Mossi shekaru da yawa wajen mulkin mallaka.[3]

gyara sasheBayanan asalin Masarautar Mossi da wasu sassan tarihinsu ba daidai ba ne tare da al'adun baka masu cin karo da juna waɗanda suka saba wa wasu bangarorin labarin. Labarin asalin ya bambanta da cewa Mace ta taka muhimmiyar rawa a matsayin magabata na layin sarauta.
Asalin jihar Mossi dai wata fitacciyar al'adar baka ce ta fito daga lokacin da wata gimbiya Dagomba ta bar garin Gambaga saboda sabani da mahaifinta. Wannan taron ya kasance a cikin tarihin baka daban-daban ya kasance kowane lokaci tsakanin ƙarni na 11 zuwa na 15. Kamar yadda labarin ya nuna, gimbiya Yennenga ta tsere sanye da rigar mutum a lokacin da ta zo gidan wani maharbin giwa Mandé mai suna Rialé. Suna da ɗa mai suna Ouédraogo wanda aka ba wa wannan suna daga dokin da Yennenga ya yi amfani da su don tserewa. Mafi tsufa shine Diaba Lompo wanda ya kafa birnin Fada N'gourma. Dan na biyu, Rawa, ya zama mai mulkin lardin Zondoma. Ɗansa na uku, Zoungrana ya zama mai mulki a Tenkodogo bayan Ouédraogo ya mutu. Zoungrana da Pouitenga suna da ɗa, Oubri, wanda ya ƙara faɗaɗa mulkin ta hanyar cin nasara akan Kibissi da wasu mutanen Gurunsi.[4] Oubri, wanda ya yi mulki daga shekara ta 1050 zuwa 1090 AZ, galibi ana ɗaukarsa a matsayin wanda ya kafa daular Ouagadougou wacce ta yi mulki daga babban birnin Ouagadougou.
