Delgado ta riƙe muƙamai da yawa tare da OMA ciki har da mataimakiyar sakatare na yankin kudancin Afirka; shugaban ofishin kula da ayyuka da darakta na babbar sakatariya. Ta ci gaba da zama mamba a kwamitin OMA na ƙasa da kwamitin ladabtarwa da tantancewa da kuma mai kula da shi na lardin Bengo.[1]

Delgado mamba ce a kwamitin matan karkara na Angola kuma a cikin kwamitin gudanarwa na kungiyar agaji ta Afirka. Ita ma memba ce a kwamitin MPLA na masana ilimin halayyar ɗan adam da ilimin zamantakewa.[1]

Delgado ta kasance mataimakiyar minista a ma'aikatar iyali da inganta mata ta Angola kafin ta koma ma'aikatar noma da raya karkara a irin wannan aiki. An kara mata girma zuwa Sakatariyar Gwamnati a watan Oktoba 2008.[1][2] Tun aƙalla Maris watan 2016 ta koma ma’aikatar iyali da inganta mata a matsayin sakatariyar Gwamnati.[3][4]
