Khubz
Khubz, wanda aka fassara shi a matsayin khoubz, khobez, khubez, ko khubooz, [bayyanawa da ake buƙata] shine kalmar da aka saba amfani da ita don "gurasa" a cikin Larabci na yau da kullun da kuma yawancin harsuna.

Gurasar Tannur

Kalmar tannur ta fito ne daga kalmar Akkadian tinūru ( 𒋾𒂟</link> ), wanda ya ƙunshi sassan tin 'laka' da nuro/nura 'wuta' kuma an ambata tun da wuri a cikin Akkadian Epic na Gilgamesh .
An haɗa girke-girke shida na burodi da aka dafa a cikin tannur a cikin littafin dafa abinci na karni na 10 na Ibn Sayyar al-Warraq Kitab al-Tabikh .
A sakamakon Takunkumin tattalin arziki da aka ɗora wa Iraki a cikin shekarun 1990 an sami karuwa a yin burodi ta hanyar gargajiya a cikin tannur.[1]
Gurasar Pita
