Samar da samfurin sa na farko, 7 Up ya fara ranar 1 ga watan Oktoba, 1960. Wannan kamfani ya kasance ƙwaƙƙwaran dangin El-Khalil daga Lebanon. Kamfanin ya kuma gabatar da 35cl da 50cl kwalabe na Pepsi.
