Julien Amegandjin (an haife shi a ranar 2 ga watan Mayu, 1940 a Togoville) malami ne na Togo. Ya yi karatunsa a Togo da Faransa, inda ya karanci ilimin lissafi da kididdiga a Jami'ar Paris. Ya kasance malami na farko a Faransa, kuma a cikin shekarar 1970s ya kasance darektan Cibiyar Majalisar Ɗinkin Duniya ta Institut de Formation et de Recherche Demographiques (Institute for Demographic Training and Research) a Yaounde, Kamaru.[1] A cikin shekarar 1986 ya shafe shekara guda yana sadaukar da shirye-shiryen littafinsa, Démographie mathématique, wanda tun daga lokacin ya zama littafi mai mahimmanci ga ɗaliban ilimin halin ɗan Adam.[2] Tun daga lokacin ya sadaukar da kansa musamman a yammacin Afirka, wajen bunƙasa kididdigar noma.
