Odii ya karanta Business Administration a National Open University of Nigeria inda ya samu digirin digirgir (B.Sc.). Jami'ar Amurka ta Turai a Jamhuriyar Panama ta ba shi digirin digiri na Kimiyya a Dabarun Gudanar da Kasuwancin Kasuwanci da Gudanar da Gudanarwa.[2] Ya kuma yi karatu ta hanyar Chief Executive Program a Lagos Business School. Shi mamba ne a hukumar gudanarwar jami’ar jihar Legas wanda gwamnan jihar Legas, Babajide Sanwo-Olu [3][4] ya sanar a shekarar 2021, kuma yana kan hukumar kula da harkokin kasuwanci ta jami’ar Nnamdi Azikwe.[5]
