Gertrude Kayaga Mulindwa ma’aikaciyar laburare ce yar kasar Uganda wanda ita ce darekta na biyu na dakin karatu na kasa ta Uganda kuma shi ne darektan kungiyar da kuma cibiyar yada labarai ta Afirka.Ta kuma rike mukamai daban-daban na son rai a kungiyoyin da ke inganta ayyukan karatu da karatu a duk kasar Uganda.

Mulindwa ya yi aiki a matsayin Darakta na Sabis na Laburaren Kasa na Botswana a Gaborone kuma ya taimaka wajen bunkasa littafin tarihin kasa,wanda ake kira The Botswana Collection,tun daga farkon 1980s,lokacin da al'ummar kasar ta kasance bayan wasu a cikin albarkatun da fasaha.[1]A cikin 1990s, littafin tarihin ya girma,ba kawai saboda karuwar wallafe-wallafe a Botswana ba,amma saboda aiwatar da sababbin albarkatu da fasaha kamar na'ura mai kwakwalwa da aka yi amfani da su tare da aiwatar da ISBN don ƙididdigewa.Kafofin watsa labaru daban-daban,irin su bidiyo, yanzu an haɗa su cikin tarin,tare da wallafe-wallafe a cikin harsuna daban-daban; ba kawai duk abin da aka buga ba,amma duk abin da aka yi fim a Botswana,da duk rahotannin duk binciken da aka yi a Botswana an saka su cikin Tarin Botswana.Mulindwa ya bayar da hujjar cewa,adana albarkatu ta hanyar rubuta littattafai ba wai don zuriyar tarihi ba ne kawai,amma don yada ilimin abubuwan da ke akwai don amfanin jama'a a cikin al'ummar da ke da karancin kayan karatu.[2]
