Fricasse wani irin abinci ne mai ɗanɗano da ake dafawa sau da yawa ana cika shi da tuna, kwai mai, zaitun, harissa, lemun tsami, capers da dankali, tare da turmeric a matsayin kayan yaji.[1][2] Yawancin lokaci ana siyan su daga masu sayar da abinci na gargajiya na Tunisian. Ana iya yin su a gida ko a cikin gidajen cin abinci mai sauri.[3]
