Ta halarci jami’ar Ibadan inda ta samu digiri na farko a fannin ilmin dabbobi . Daga baya ta koma Jami'ar Jihar Legas inda ta sami Digiri na biyu a kan Gudanar da Harkokin Kasuwanci sannan zuwa Jami'ar Nottingham ta sake samun wani digiri na biyu a fannin Ilimi.[1]

Folashade ta shirya wani shiri domin inganta ɗalibai a Kwalejin Kwamfuta (CBT), bayan an kullen COVID-19 a cikin jihar Legas, an shirya shirin don inganta kimanin ɗalibai miliyon 1.5 a duk faɗin jihar Legas da Najeriya.[5] Ta kuma ba da umarnin a daukaka darajar daliban Legas zuwa aji na gaba ta hanyar la’akari da ci gaba da tantancewar (CA Test).[6] Kafin ta zama kwamishina a jihar Legas, Folashade ta yi aiki a fannin banki da ilimi.[7]
