Fasa gidan yarin na Kogi wani hari ne da wasu ƴan bindiga da ba a san ko su waye ba, da ake kyautata zaton ƴan kungiyar ta’adda ta Boko Haram ne, sun kai hari a gidan yarin Koto-Karffi da ke jihar Kogi a arewa maso tsakiyar Najeriya.[1] Harin ya faru ne a ranar 2 ga watan Nuwamba, 2014.[2] Kimanin fursunoni 144 ne suka tsere daga gidan yarin; An harbe fursuna 1 tare da kashe shi yayin harin.[3] Fursunonin da suka tsere sun kasance suna jiran shari'a ne bisa laifin fashi da makami.[4] Fursunonin 12 sun koma gidan yarin don cika hukuncin da aka yanke musu[5] kuma kusan fursunoni 45 da suka tsere an sake kamo su baki ɗaya.[6][7]

An ruwaito lamarin ya faru ne a ranar lahadi, 2 ga Nuwamba, 2014.[8] Harin dai yana da alaƙa da ƙungiyar Boko Haram, kungiyar masu tada ƙayar baya a arewa maso gabashin Najeriya.[9] Alhaji Aminu Sule, babban kwanturolan hukumar kula da gidajen yari ta Najeriya, ya yi iƙirarin cewa aikin fasa gidan yarin ya samu nasara ne sakamakon rashin samun kudaden gudanar da ayyukan gidan yari[10] kuma ba a canza salon gidan yarin ba tun lokacin da aka kafa gidan yarin a shekara ta 1934.[11]
