Eugene Arhin ɗan siyasan Ghana ne. Shi mamba ne na New Patriotic Party kuma Daraktan sadarwa na yanzu a ofishin Shugaban Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.[1]

Arhin tsohon dalibi ne na Makarantar Sakandaren Boys ta Presbyterian, Legon, inda ya sami ilimin sakandare.[2] Ya ci gaba da karatunsa a Jami'ar Kimiyya da Fasaha ta Kwame Nkrumah (KNUST) tare da digiri na farko a fannin Injiniya a shekarar 2006.[3]

Ya yi aiki a matsayin mataimakiyar koyarwa don hidimar kasa ta tilas na shekara guda a Ma'aikatar Injiniya.[3] Ya kuma yi aiki a Cibiyar Danquah, cibiyar tunani mai suna Dr. J. B. Danquah, a matsayin mai bincike.[3]

A watan Janairun shekara ta (2017), shugaba Nana Akufo-Addo ya nada shi Daraktan Sadarwa a Gidan Flagstaff.[4][5][6] Kafin nadin nasa a shekarar (2017), Ya yi aiki a matsayin sakataren labarai na Nana Akufo-Addo na tsawon shekaru biyu.[3] A watan Janairun shekara ta (2021) , bayan sake zaben Nana Akufo-Addo da sake saka hannun jari, Shugaban ya sake nada shi don ci gaba da aiki a wannan matsayin.[7][1]
