Dounia TV ( Radio Télévision Dounia ) ƙungiyar ce ta 'yan jarida mai zaman kanta da ke da hedkwata a babban birnin Nijar na Yamai. Tana watsa labarai da shirye-shiryen nishaɗi a yankin Yamai tare da maimaituwa a larduna da dama. Ɗaya daga cikin 'yan tsirarun masu watsa shirye-shirye masu zaman kansu a Nijar, ita ce kaɗai majiyar labarai ta talabijin da 'yan Nijar ke samarwa a wajen gwamnatin Tele-Sahel. An fara watsa shirye-shiryen Dounia a ranar 26 ga Fabrairu, 2007 akan 89 MHz (radiyo) da 527.25 MHz (TV).[1] Darakta kuma wanda ya kafa ta shine Abibou Garba .

Hukumar kula da harkokin yaɗa labarai ta gwamnati, babbar Majalisar Sadarwa (CSC) ta rufe gidan talabijin na Dounia TV da ke Yamai na tsawon wata ɗaya a watan Agustan 2008, kuma ta rufe na wani lokaci na tsawon lokaci na Sahara FM, babban gidan rediyo a Agadez a ranar 22 ga Afrilu 2008. domin yaɗa hirarraki da mutanen da suka yi iƙirarin cewa sojojin gwamnati ne suka ci zarafinsu.[2]

Bayan tattaunawa ta sama a kan ziyarar shugaban Faransa Nicolas Sarkozy a Nijar, daraktan gidan talabijin na Dounia Habibou Garba, da babban editan Seyni Amadou, da kuma mai fafutukar farar hula, Elhadj Idi Abdou, gwamnatin Nijar ta kama su da laifin kama su. "watsa bayanan ƙarya".[3] Kamen na 31 ga Maris 2009 ya zo ne bayan watsa shirye-shiryen ranar 30 ga Maris na " Circle of Coleagues " (" le Cercle des confrères "), nunin tebur zagaye.
