Dodo Ikire wani abincin gargajiya ne daga garin Ikire dake jihar Osun a Najeriya.[1][2] Asalinsa an yi shi ne daga bargo, amma a yau, mutane suna shirya shi daga sabbin sinadaran da suka haɗa da: miya, barkono, mai da gishiri. Dodo Ikire baƙar fata ne da zagaye ko ɗan kwali.

Ikire gari ne da ke yankin Kudu-maso-Yammacin Najeriya tsakanin garuruwan Ibadan da Ile-Ife, a jihar Osun. Ita dai wannan tsohuwa ba ta da sauran abinci sai shuke-shuken da ba su da yawa, da ta saba jefawa a cikin kwandon, amma sai ta yanke shawarar ta dunkule shi da gishiri da barkono ta soya shi a cikin dabino. Ta ci, ta ji daɗinsa kuma ta yanke shawarar yin ƙari ta raba wa makwabta.[3]

Sakamakon haka shi ne abin da a yanzu ake kira Dodo Ikire, mai suna garin da ya fito. Ana sayar da shi galibi a yankin Kudu-maso-Yammacin Najeriya.
