Christine Dranzoa (1, Janairu 1967 - 28, Yuni 2022) farfesa ce ta jami'ar Uganda, mai kula da harkokin ilimi, masaniya a fannin ilimin halittu, masaniya ilimin terrestrial ecologist kuma jagorar al'umma. Ta kasance, a lokacin mutuwarta,[1] mataimakiyar shugabar jami'ar Muni, ɗaya daga cikin jami'o'in jama'a a Uganda.[2]

An haife ta a shekarar 1967, a yankin da ake kira gundumar Moyo a lokacin. A yau, gundumarta ana kiranta da gundumar Adjumani. Christine Dranzoa ta sami digiri na farko na Kimiyya (BSc) a fannin ilimin dabbobi, wacce ta samu a shekarar 1987, daga Jami'ar Makerere, jami'a mafi tsufa a gabashin Afirka. Ta kuma sami digiri na biyu na Master of Science (MSc), a Zoology, wanda ta samu a shekarar 1991, kuma daga Jami'ar Makerere. Digiri ɗinta na Doctor of Philosophy ( PhD ) a fannin Biology ta samu daga wannan jami'a a shekarar 1997. Ta kuma riƙe kusan rabin dozin takardun shaida a fannin gudanarwa, kiyayewa, da tsare-tsare daga hukumomin Uganda da na ƙasa da ƙasa.[3]

A cikin shekarar 1992, Christine Dranzoa ta shiga Jami'ar Makerere a matsayin Malama a Sashen Nazarin Magungunan Dabbobi na Sashen Kula da Dabbobi da Kula da Albarkatun Dabbobi, ta yi aiki a matsayin shugabar majagaba na Sashen Namun Daji da Dabbobi daga shekarun 1992, har zuwa 2005, a Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, ta yi aiki a matsayin majagaba a Sashen Namun daji da Dabbobi. sashen da ta kafa tare da abokan aikinta.[3]

A shekarar 2005, ta shiga aikin gudanarwa na jami'a a jami'ar Makerere da aka naɗa ta a matsayin mataimakiyar darakta a makarantar koyon karatun digiri na biyu a jami'ar, ta yi aiki a wannan matsayi daga shekarun 2005, zuwa 2010. A cikin shekarar 2010, Dr. Dranzoa an naɗa ta ta jagoranci tawagar mutane uku don shirya don ƙirƙirar Jami'ar Muni, jami'ar jama'a ta shida a Uganda. A cikin watan Janairu 2012, lokacin da jami'a ta fara aiki, Farfesa Dranzoa ta zama Mataimakiyar Shugaban Cibiyar.[3]

Dr. Dranzoa ta yi aiki a matsayin Sakatariyar Daraja ta Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE), wata kungiya mai zaman kanta ta Afirka (NGO), wacce aka kafa a shekarar 1992, wacce ke aiki a ƙasashen Afirka 32. FAWE na nufin karfafawa 'yan mata da mata ta hanyar ilimin da ya dace da jinsi. Membobinta sun haɗa da masu fafutukar kare hakkin ɗan adam, kwararru masana jinsi, masu bincike, masu tsara manufofin ilimi, mataimakan shugabannin jami'a da ministocin ilimi. Ƙungiyar tana kula da hedkwatarta a Nairobi, Kenya, kuma tana da ofisoshin yanki a Dakar, Senegal.[4]


A cikin shekarar 2006, ta kafa Nile Women Initiative, Ƙungiya mai zaman kanta, wacce ke da nufin magance bambance-bambancen jinsi da ke damun mata a yankin West Nile na Uganda. Ta yi aiki a matsayin Shugabar NGO.

Farfesa Dranzoa ta yi wallafe-wallafe a cikin ƙwararrun mujallolin kuma ta rubuta babi a cikin littattafan kimiyya waɗanda suka shafi fannonin ƙwarewata. An yi wallafe-wallafenta dalla-dalla a cikin aikin ci gaba na ƙwararrun ta.[3]

A ranar 28, ga watan Yuni, 2022, Christine Dranzoa ta mutu da ƙarfe 3.30 na safe, a Asibitin Mulago National Referral Hospital, ta Mulago, a Kampala. Tana da shekaru 55 a duniya.[5]
