Bikin Igue (wanda aka fi sani da Bikin Sarki) biki ne da asalinsa a Masarautar Benin ta Jihar Edo, kudancin Najeriya . Wata al'ada ta bayyana cewa ranar bikin ta yi daidai da auren Ewuare da matar da ake kira Ewere. An yi bikin tsakanin Kirsimeti da Sabuwar Shekara, bikin ya haɗa da albarkar Oba ga ƙasar da mutanensa.Bikin Igue kuma yana girmama ƙwaƙwalwar tsohon Obas kuma yana ɗaukar kwanaki bakwai.[1] A lokacin al'ada na Igue, an haramta Oba daga kasancewa a gaban kowane mutum wanda ba ɗan asalin ƙasar ba.[1]

An fara bikin Igue a karni na 14 a lokacin mulkin Oba Ewuare I, wanda ya yi mulki a Benin tsakanin 1440 da 1473. [2] Bayan kwarewar Oba Ewuare I yayin da yake fada a matsayin yarima don kursiyin Benin, an san shi da Yarima Ogun, ɗan Oba Ohen a wannan lokacin.[3]

Bikin Igue, duk da haka, yanzu ya ƙunshi wasu bukukuwan da Oba Akenzua II. ya haɗu. Wannan saboda yana son bikin ya kasance na kwanaki biyu saboda motsi na mutane na yanzu kuma bikin Igue ya zama ƙarshen wasu bukukuwan da mutanen Benin ke yi.[4][5]
