Amiwo abinci ne na gargajiya a kasar Benin, wanda ake haɗa hada shi da kayan marmari da ake yi da kayan kamshi (albasa, tafarnuwa, barkono black-eyed, gishiri), fulawar masara [1] da man tumatir, man girki ko fiye da na dabino. Yawancin lokaci ana yin shi azaman tare da soyayyen kaza ko gasasshen kaza ko kifi da ɗanɗanon tumatir da albasa. A zahiri yana fassara zuwa kitsen pudding.

Ana yin Amiwo ne da garin masara, kuma ana haɗa shi da kayan ɗanɗano da kayan marmari waɗanda za su iya haɗawa da cubes bouillon kaji, man tumatir, albasa, tafarnuwa, gishiri, ruwan barkono, barkono mai zafi da kore, jatan lande, da man dabino. Abubuwan da aka haɗa suna haɗuwa da kyau kuma ana dafa su don ƙirƙirar pudding.[2]
