Iranian ayatollah

Ayatullah Zohreh Sefati mace ce Mujtahida. Sefati memba ce a majalisar mata ta zamantakewa da al'adu kuma wakiliya a majalisar koli ta sake canja fasalin al'adu.

Sefati ta taso ne a gidan addini. An haife ta a Abadan, Iran a shekarar 1948. Ta yi karatun darussan ta na matakin sakandare a gida kafin ta halarci makarantar tauhidi a shekarar 1966. Sefati ta dauki darasi na farko a fannin fikihu da adabi da kuma ilimin Musulunci a Abadan.[1] A shekarar 1970, ta tafi makarantar tauhidi ta Kum don ci gaba da karatu.[2] Ta kasance dalibar fitattun malamai kamar Ayatullah Shahidi, Ayatullah Haqqi, Ayatullah Ali Meshkini da Ayatullah Mohammad Hassan Ahmadi Faqih (wanda shi ne mijinta).[3]

Sefati ta samu digiri mafi girma na fikihu (Ijtihadi), nasarar da wasu tsirarun mata suka yi. Ayatullahi da dama sun amince da digirinta na Ijtihadi, waɗanda suka haɗa da Ayatullah Ali Yari Gharavi-Tabrizi (ɗalibi na Ayatullah Naeini), Safi Gulpaygani, Fazel Lankarani, da Mohammad Hassan Ahmadi Faqih .

Ita ma Sefati ta kafa makarantar tauhidi ga mata a Kum, wadda daga baya aka fi sani da Maktab-e Tawhid.[4] Sefati ta kasance daya daga cikin mata dubu uku na kwarai da shugaban ƙasar Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad ya yabawa kuma ta karbi (kuma ta karba) takardar girmamawa daga shugaban a watan Oktoban shekarar 2006.

Sefati tana da yaya biyu. Daya shine Gholāmḥusayn Ṣefātī-Dezfūlī (1952-1977), wanda ya kasance memba na ƙungiyar masu adawa da jari-hujja ta "Manṣūran." Wani ɗan’uwanta, Īraj Ṣefātī-Dezfūlī (b. 1940), ya wakilci birnin Abadan a majalisa ta farko da ta biyar (majalisar dokokin Iran) kuma ya kasance memba na Kotun binciken tantancewa na Koli ta Majlis.

Sefati da wasu malaman fikihu maza, irin su Yousef Saanei, sun yi imanin mace mujtahida za ta iya zama abin koyi (marja), wato maza da mata za su iya yin taklidi (kwaikwaya) ga mace mujtahida. Mafi yawan mujtahidin Shi'a kuwa, sun yi imanin cewa mata ba za su iya zama manya ba.
