Wei-Min Hao (Chinese;an haife shi 7 ga Afrilun 1953) masanin kimiyyar yanayi ne, masanin yanayi na Taiwan-Amurka, kuma a halin yanzu yana aiki a Ma'aikatar Gona ta Amurka. Ayyukan sa kai tsaye sun ba da gudummawa ga bayar da kyautar Nobel ta zaman lafiya ta shekarar 2007.[1] Shi memba ne na Hukumar Kula da Ci Gaban Ƙasa da Ƙasa ta Amurka,(USAID) kuma marubucin Kwamitin Gwamnati kan Canjin Yanayi (IPCC).

Bayan kammala karatunsa daga makarantar sakandare ta Jianguo ta Taipei, Hao ya yi karatun ilmin sunadarai a Jami'ar Katolika ta Fu Jen (digiri na BS), ya sami digiri na biyu daga Cibiyar Fasaha ta Massachusetts (MIT), da kuma (PhD) a cikin ilmin sunayyakin yanayi daga Jami'ar Harvard.

A shekara ta 1991, ya yi aiki a Ma'aikatar Gona da Ayyukan Gidajen Amurka a birnin Missoula.

A shekara ta 1994, ya zama marubucin kwamitin Intergovernmental Panel akan Canjin yanayi (IPCC).[2] A cikin wannan shekarar, IPCC ta buga rahoton canjin yanayi na farko. Shi ne ke da alhakin Kula da Yanayi na Rocky Mountain.

Har zuwa shekara ta 2014, ya kasance marubuci ko marubucin fiye da wallafe-wallafe 70 a cikin mujallu na musamman. Manyan cibiyoyi da jami'o'i a duniya sun ambaci wallafe-wallafensa.
