Takalmin makka, (tààkàlmín mákkà) (Opuntia ficus-indica) shuka ne.[1] Opuntia ficus-indica, ɓangarorin ɓangarorin Indiya, fig opuntia, ko prickly pear, wani nau'in cactus ne wanda ya daɗe da zama shukar amfanin gona na cikin gida da ake girma a cikin tattalin arzikin noma a ko'ina cikin ƙasƙantattu da sassan duniya. Jinsunan Opuntia suna haɓaka cikin sauƙi, amma asalin daji na O. ficus-indica wataƙila ya kasance a tsakiyar Mexico, inda aka sami dangin danginsa na kusa.[4].
